Just wondering if many boards members have qualified for the Event in Killarney 4th - 7th of Feb 2010?

Yep it's a pub league which as been running since September. There's no buy in for Killarney as such. You must qualify through the league basis. Thought a few from here might be going!

Yea, I won two tickets for Killarney over the 12 weeks. Local tournaments running in various locations. check out their website pokerinthepub.ie for full details and all the results. Plenty of side events in Killarney over the few days so even if u hadnt a ticket, still plenty of poker to be played. Its a points league and player with most points over 4 weeks wins a ticket. Great night and only e10 to play each night..... They trying to get one running in Mullingar if anybody interested?? :)

Nope as far as I know you make your own way there. The Glen Eagle hotel are doing rooms at reduced rates if you mention your playing in the IPPT though. There will also be a small Reg fee for the main event as they have hired 100 dealers to work over the entire weekend.

Qualified for this too. Got a list of discount prices for the gleneagle and another hotel where they got a deal. Prices were circa 59pps pn. Though it was a little steep had a look online and prices were better. Wonder if the pps price was actually the price per room. In any case no room available on those dates anymore in the Gleneagle.
