RGB Scart input would be nice as well but I think it's being optimistic but if anyone could suggest a way of converting scart to another connection that would be fine.…

Composite video input is also a must.

I don't want a card thats too expensive either. I'd be using it to capture sound and video from a variety of videogame consoles.
