Not surprising .. travel agents in general are becoming a thing of the past. I don't think I've been inside one for well over 10 years now.

Absolutely. I have been my own travel agent now for the last 10 years or so.
Still, hope the unfortunate staff get themselves sorted out soon.

On the plus side I noticed yesterday in Dun Laoghaire that a few shops are advertising positions in their windows again. I know it's not a crock of gold exactly but it's a start....
