'A Serious Man', the new Coen brothers film. Think it might only have a limited release however so you might have to go to the IFI.

I heard the Men Who Stare At Goats is good.
Haven't see it yet though.

I'm pretty sure A serious Man is out but it only got a limited release. I saw Fantastic Mr Fox, it's good, but not brilliant. If you like Wes Anderson films you'll like it.
