I already have sky in one room and a magic eye in another room. Is it possible to connect another magic eye in a 3rd room myself without major distruption?

Yes it is but I'd recommend you use a sky compatible amplifier such as the global F140

You can send a sky signal to as many rooms as you want but u will need a bi-directional amplifier in orfer to split the signal properly.

A good example is the F140 Amp made by global. This is a 4 way amp which will allow upto 4 rooms to be connected.

You will need to run the cable from the rf2 connection on the back of your sky box to a central point and run a cable from here to each room that you require. This will alllow a magic eye to be used in whatever rooms u deem necessary.
