traffic warden

    can a traffic go on to a private car park and be seen to check out tax disc,friend of mine saw a traffic warden in Lidl on St Margerets rd in Finglas,the other day doing same,just wondering is that allowed

    Are you sure it's a private car park?

    The council might own it and you need tax to be on a public road.

    You might be better asking this in the Motors section.

    I doubt there would be a problem. If you don't have tax, you shouldn't be on the road in the first place.
