has anyone else been on this site? I've been using it for the last month or so, sticking very strictly to the Workout of the Day. I particularly like the additional Strength WODs.
Just wanted to spread the word on it as I think it's a great resource, particularly for any rugby players looking for something different, the workouts are all designed with American Football players/Rugby players in mind. I'm up 20% in my BP and 15% in my Squat and DL as well as just feeling so much stronger and fitter than before. Nice snappy workouts too, only takes about 45 minutes to do it all with warm up and cool down either side

I don't use it per se but I am doing something very similar at the moment up at CFI (crossfit ireland). I'm doing 1-2 lifts 4 days a week with metcon on top. I'm eating a ton + GOMAD also and strength is going through the roof for me. My max squat was 90kg a month ago. I did that for a comfortable 3x5 last week with no signs of slowing down yet. I'm getting through the heavy crossfit WODs alot better now and the longer calisthenics/running WODs don't seem to have suffered.
