    My attitude is 'so' as well having been around female pilots all my career. I'm not sure why they are a crew, why would the RAF do that? Surely they're just four women who happen to be RAF who happen to be deployed simultaneously. If they are a crew, if I was one of those women. I would be asking questions.

    I'm not sure why it's considered a novelty anymore.

    not to be overly cynical, but to me a PR stunt by the RAF why recruitment, same reason women always feature on the news from any army!!!
