    Hello there,

New to this so apologies if this was already a topic (did check but couldn't find it).

Just wondering whether anyone has ever done Figure 8? If so, good/bad? Money spinner? Would someone be better off pulling on a pair of runners and easing off the biscuits?

    Any advice greatly appreciated!

    Cheers,

    Loopie

I just had a look at their website, lots of stuff about "toning" and pictures of swiss balls. Nothing wrong with swiss balls, I have one myself, but I'd have been a lot happier if there were a few decent dumbbells there as well.

I reckon you'd be much better dropping the hobnobs and getting out for a brisk walk. Do some push-ups and squats when you get home.

I'm a Figure 8 member! I do find it god to be honest.

I only use the swiss ball for sit ups and I use hand weights for toning as well. It's all built into the different rounds you do!

Control what you eat and exercise, no need to waste money.

Everytime i hear toning i cringe. It a pure 80's fitness word that should be shot down with a rifle!

    +1 with above.
