    Lads

There's been alot of controversy about the result of the Betfair @ Haydock yesterday. Twiston-Davies seems adamant that the photo-finish was inconclusive.

“The print I've seen proved nothing,” Twiston-Davies said. “It's very frustrating and, if it was a whisker, it was a whisker worth a great deal of money. I was leading trainer – I'm not any more.”

Has anyone seen the photo or does anyone know how to get their hands on it??

    Scandalous, if true...

Thanks... I'd have to agree, I don't know what Twiston-Davies is talking about.

Was hoping for a bit more scandal I must day. Disappointed now. :D

Judging by the photo there, Kauto definitely has his nose in front. Very disappointing to get that close and not win.

on tv it looked like imperial had won, it was also odds on on the exchanges,
and then to boot the offical photo went missing and the owners of the second werent provided with a copy of the photo. also the pic on the racing post site is extreamly blurred.looks fishy to me tbh

They should have called a dead heat. Both of the connections would have been happy with that.

Speaking of Kauto, he's one of those horses I like to lay first then back in-running for a free bet.

Once again, he traded at a high price on Saturday of nearly 7/2.

(mods - delete link if inappropriate).

For me, Kauto is always one to lay first then back at a higher price in-running. He's the type of horse that polarises opinion and as soon as he seems to idle a little, there are those who want to take him on.

I've had a look through his record since Betfair SP was introduced and on each occasion - he has traded at a higher price in-running.
