"The Grappler's Guide to Sports Nutrition" has a chapter devoted to cutting weight for sports that have day before weigh-ins. It's pretty good.

hi, sorry was working all weekend :(

yeah as Clive said and you've spotted the Grapplers Guide has a section more focused on cutting (ref Table of Contents [PDF])...

"Chapter 8 Cutting Weight: Should You Do It and an It Be Done Safely?"

although not sure what it says about it...

Precision Nutrition would be more about general food suggestions, timings, measurement guide, mental strategies for sticking to a nutrition plan... there is an individualisation section but doesn't appear as specific as the Grapplers Guide which mentions 'cutting'... still Precision Nutrition was one of the elements that helped in maintaining low BF%
