    Hi Guys

I got my new Sky Digital box installed yesterday but for the Itish channels RTE,TV3 etc its coming up as "This programme is not available".

Has anybody had any experience with this or is it just a matter of waiting?

Phone Sky and explain to them about Irish channels and get a clearance signal sent to your box
I take it that your box is not connected to a phone

Cheers,no its not connected to a phone line.

Ive just called them there and they have sent a signal and advised that it could take up to 4 hours for it to go through but if it doesn't i have to call them back....bloody Sky!!

Yes it happened to me (I didn't have a phone line either).

It literally took them less then 30 seconds to turn them on over the phone.

Ive had it happen to me on many occasions...its as simple as giving sky a ring and getting them to resend down the proper signals if you do not have a phone line...if you have a phone line...the new installation option in the installers menu will sort that out no bother.
