No Water - central heating

Cork City has no water to thousands of homes, including my own. is it safe to use the oil fired central heating when there is no water coming into the house? We still have some in the attic tank, but each drop we use for washing hands, flushing toilets, reduced the tank level.

Its also cold - can I use the heating?

As long as your heating is working ,it should be fine. Just remember where all your electrical parts are (pump and boiler )and that they aren't near water.
