Yeah it was a good game last month and I always enjoyed the game when CPT played there. Any idea of numbers at the moment?

Probably around the same as last month (69). any increase on that would be great.

Prob head to this later. 1 thing that pissed me off a lot last game was that it started as far as i can remember over 30 mins late (maybe more), is there realistically any chance this kicking off at 8?

Other than that was a good game with a lot of play. Cheers

Apologies for that. The problem was that at 8pm there was only 16 players in the room. We plan to start tonight at 8 so hopefully we have enough there at that time to get going.
    Cheers

WP Phil. My 77 was no match for 67 AIPF, 6 on flop 6 on the river in a 40bb pot.:(.

Was the guy who dogged me in the final split. I've played with him a few times before and he only has one gear.

Great game, thanks to all who organised this. Just back from another sicko degen night of poker.

Ghostface Ste - thanks. yep, second bullet would have got u a decent pot. Took a big hit (35K/87K when comfortable) in a 100K+ pot with about 20 left with KK vs A5 raise/call into AK shove - sick! But v happy to play my way back into contention from there.

Happy enough to deal 4 handed to level prize fund with avg stack 10bb and given that Phil was on the sick bed til 7pm and made the game and 3rd place that's quite an effort!

Quote of the night was when Phil went out in third.
Guy who came 2nd goes, "Hard luck, you played well. You're a good player"
    Phil: "You're joking aren't you - I'm a terrific player!!!":D
