Mysterious package on the bus.

    Last Friday on a bus going into town around 10pm; I found a mysterious, unmarked brown package. Had a feel of it, and it had two square cardboard boxes (like the ones gameboy games used to come in) inside. The bus was empty and the package was on the front seat on the right hand side

    The packaging was a heavy, sealed, brown envelope folded over into a sort of bag shape. No identifying marks.

    I gave it to the driver when I was getting off. I could have easily taken it but having lost my wallet on a bus in the past and only getting it back because the driver handed it into the lost and found; I would have felt bad about it.

    Anyway, did anyone leave something like the above on a bus last week?
    If not, what do you think was in the parcel?

    And the worst part is there's more than likely a bus driver out there, stoned out of his mind, flying around Dublin..... so unfair :(

    Yet the people who make these type of comments still find it ejoyable, enraging, compulsive reading but just have to get quick digs in to show how "high brow" they are.

    Cesspool response;

    I saw a package once, not since i got fat though.

    The least you could have done OP was tear open the parcel just a little bit and had a peek inside, to see what is in it and save us all the mystery of wondering what's in the parcel. I'm not going to be able to sleep tonight at the thought of wondering what was in that mysterious package.

    I couldn't!
    It was taped closed, I would have had to tear it to bits.

    No, Dave. It happened on Saturn.
    Unfortunately we don't have a Saturn forum yet in the Region catagory but, God willing, the mods will see sense and create one in order to properly pidgeon hole this thread.

    Also from a previous poll most of the people here are not from dublin as a result you lost the right to refer to dublin as 'town'

    Good for you.

    However, I was taking a dig at the "It happened in Dublin so it goes in the Dublin forum" brigade.

    354 votes in total on that poll, hardly conclusive.
