    It's kinda cool, similar to the BBF but actually focuses. OTOH probably not as nicely put together and has the one aperture and shutterspeed.

    After goofing around with it for a while my plan is to buy two Helios 44's and make a twirly bokeh 35mm TLR. Oh happy days !

    about €40 (not 50 as I had previously, it was 57 dollars) including super speedy postage from japan. Take a look at the rest of the gakken kits. Do a search for gakken, and MAKE magazine have most of their kits as seperate stock. Some of them are truly some of the coolest things you'll ever see stuck on the front of a magazine.
