I know its not in force yet but I was just wondering does anyone know of where I would find any opinion or summary on the changes it makes to Irish defamation law, particularly to the fault and falsity? Thanks.

Sorry - This is clearly a homework exercise. The Act is on Oireachtas.ie, go and do it yourself.
