Salary in England.

    Does anyone know what the salary (preferably in Euro's) is for a Newly Qualified teacher in England. I know you get extra for teaching in London and if you have one of the science subjects, but am not sure extra to what.

    That's the only place I know of you can find the scales. They're probably elsewhere too. I'm sure if you root around on that site you should find the info about the Science teaching bonus!

    That may be so but there are a lot more job opportunities for teachers in the UK than there are in Ireland at the minute!!

    12% public sector paycut on the cards next month as well...
