Surely a hoax? Is this even possible?

Eating "rare" delicacies just got to a new level. In China, chefs have figured out a way to keep a fish alive as it gets deep fried and then waits to be eaten.

This is old, they wrap the head with a wet towel they they pan fry the body.

Im not sure if fish is alive or dead when they start to eat it. Anybody who does fishing will know some fish just wont die. Ive cut heads off dog fish and the bodys will still thrash away for a good while.

Pretty sure that the fish is dead, and it's only nerve endings firing for a while when stimulated. Like cutting the head off a chicken and watching it run a while.

Being deep fried to death must suck though. I wonder if it tastes any different than a traditionally killed fish.

Don't they skin dogs alive out there too, they reckon the flesh tastes better or something, sick ****ers, but they do the same with humans out there, execute prisoners and harvest their organs on the spot. It's one ****ed up place when it comes to cruelty, animal or human.
