    am living on the north side of dublin and want to know where i can buy some sand bags in case of flooding,no flooding yet but want to be prepared

    Your local builders merchants should have them and if you are in a high risk are then the roads department of the local council should be in a position to help out.

    This may get more replies in the DIY forum so I'll move it there.

    No problem. Just make sure you have the sand to fill them ;)


    Oh, another couple of options if you are in a high risk flood area - the local fire brigade and the civil defense.
