How to transport a table from Cork to Sligo

Hi folks Any suggestions of how I could get a table transported cheaply from Cork to Sligo? It's about 7ft long...any suggestions greatly appreciated :)

Fastway couriers should do that for about €15, I presume it's flatpacked?...or can be made into a flatpack?
