Can this be moved if in the wrong section!!

Anyway, i was playing football on monday, had a little stretch before but was obv not enough.. A couple of minutes into the game i let off a pretty powerful shot and instantly felt a pain in my thigh. I couldnt put any weight on it straight away.. it has slightly swelled up since and its sore to the touch.. Its the front of my thigh, about 4 inches above my knee and up to my groin..

Anyone any rough idea what it could be.. i have been keeping it elevated and scoffing pills for the pain.. could it be serious enough for a hosp visit??

    Any info appreciated!!
