    As I said over on the military forum. I think most of us had figured that out a while ago. The combination of low altitude, high ground and poor or variable visibility have killed many pilots over the years. It will go down as pilot error but you have to remember military flying is that much more dangerous than civil flying. No civil pilot would have any business flying around those hills at that altitude. But for the military it's a normal day at the office.

    From reading the report with a cursory look at the charts, it seems they turned up the wrong valley. Sad really.
