Bullet Penetration Kills

I have the FMJ on my M4A1 at the moment but am a bit unsure of what you have to do exactly to get 40/40 bullet penetration kills?

Bullet penetration is where you shoot through an object. So lets say someone ducks behing a fence and you shoot them through the fence, thats a bullet penetration kill

Ah yes I had this problem.

Equip the heartrate monitor and then you can see where the bad guys are thru walls. some maps are much easier for it too - the scrapyard one in particular as its all tin walls

Is it possible to have both FMJ and heart-rate monitor at once on the M4?

The Bling perk lets you add 2 accessories onto a gun

I thought Bling Pro let you have 2 attachments on your secondary weapons, not 3 on one?
