Did my 1st 5km run on Thursday

    Hey so I started back running last thursday, I did a 5km run on a treadmill in 38min's overall I was pretty happy with my performance started on a speed of 8km p/h and finished on 9.5km p/h for the last kilometer

    this is how it went:

    1st km - 8km p/h
    1km-1.5km - 9.5km p/h
    1.5km-2.5km - 8.5km p/h
    2.5km-3km - 10km p/h
    3km-4km - 9km p/h
    4km-4.5km - 10.5km p/h
    4.5km-5km - 9.5km p/h

    background: I'm 26 and 72kg haven't ran probably in years used to do alot in Secondary school.

    what do you think for 1st time back?

    Fair play on making the decision to get back running. Have you got any goals in particular? If you're working towards a goal it helps to keep you motivated.
