The reader, or the pro version?

The pro version, but I got it sorted anyways. Turns out you can save Word documents as pdf files.

For future reference, Mac's do this with most file types - .doc/.ppt/.xls etc.

The PAC scanning ones have Acrobat Pro installed but there is no direct link in the start menu.

Heh, they seem to have conveniently only forgotten to list the pcs with acrobat on them. It's a Conspiracy!

Where would we be without you Jonathan.

    Nowhere! that's where.
I tried the PAC scanner computers in the laser hut earlier today, didn't see any acrobat but as you say it's not in the start menu, betcha it was the only room where I didn't search program files myself... murphy's law...

I tried the PAC scanner computers in LG12 earlier today, didn't see any acrobat but as you say it's not in the start menu, betcha it was the only room where I didn't search program files myself... murphy's law...
Is there a scanner in LG12? (CompSci Lab on your left hand side as you go in the lower Hamilton doors)

I was talking about the laser huts (huts outside the SNIAM) and the other computer rooms run by ISS as opposed to CompSci.

Anywho, Office 2007 supports printing to PDF directly. (Save As -> PDF or XPS) :)

This definitely backs up my theory that there's a slight chance I now know where LG12 is...

I see. Do 2nd year engineers have access to lg12? I remember you saying you guys did last year, but I'd like to be sure before I try it, incase people see the door's rejection and snigger etc. and I feel like a moron.
