Don't know if he works on a no fee basis but I'd say the Viper's company are bound to be fairly successful!

I use a company based in Kildare who cover nationwide. Again they are not free but very professional and get results. Check out www.lcms.ie Helena and Paddy are the two owners but they have quite a large staff also.

I use EC Credit control you do have to pay though. They have been quite successful for me in the past.
I think you'd be extremely lucky to find someone who will do it for free. However you are in your rights to charge the customer for credit collection so you should net the full value.

Folks I've used SML Debt Recovery www.debtrecovery.ie, they may assess the collectability of the loan before taking it on but they dont charge unless they collect. I've used it on some 'hard nut' cases, and they've worked wonders. They know what they are about too, and they can, for a fee, if unsucessful, hand the case on to a solicitor.
