This should come in handy for anyone using ebay, especially for bigger purchases. Be thrifty.ie have ebay on the site now and are paying 30% cash-back on the ebay fees. From what i can make out, this is the cut or fee ebay take from the listing. As i say, definitley worth using for any bigger purchases.

They also have champion sports now (6% cash back), pretty sure thats new

That only helps people who sell items not buy them. Right? Because I just spent €650 on ebay a week or so ago.

Here's the speel from the site Almighty:

Cashback is calculated on the revenue eBay make from your online BID or BUY IT NOW purchase and not the total value of the purchase.

Looks like you get 30% of whatever ebay make from your purchace, would have posted earlier but just saw it tonight! Think its a new offer anyway!

That's not too bad. I was thinking I could have saved myself a few hundred quid by waiting a week or so.

    Careful folks. This is
30% of whatever ebay make from your purchace
i.e. 30 % of ebay's fee which is 0% to 10% of the final bid price so you can get back 0% to 3% of the final bid price and nothing on delivery. Ebay has a complicated fees structure as well so the amount you get will depend on the category of goods and the type of seller.

What he said! Its only 30% of ebay's fees you get back, but still it'll cost you nout to use so if your buying on ebay anyway its worth doing
