I bought a pair of Skullcandy earbuds in March and they started to fail 2 weeks ago. I've not hammered or misused them in any way so I'm a bit disappointed as this brand came recommended. Not had any luck in contacting their European/Irish suppliers, either. The website where I bought them only provide support up to 6 months after purchase, but they did at least respond to my queries.

Skullcandy seem to be form before function. You'd be better off with a pair of Sennheisers or something like that.

Creative labs ep 630. Excellent sound, simple design, fairly cheap too. Although if you're looking for style over sound quality...........

I had a pair of skullcandy earphones, they broke... A few people I know that had them broke the same way too! One of the sides just stopped working!

The headphones(hesh) however are still working after 1 1/2 years

check reviews on the net. have a pair - won't get anything like them for under a 100 euro in the shops here.

I doubt it just was the headphones that caused the damage, what ever headphones they were.
