Qualifying with part time work

Is it possible to get any of the major accountancy qualifications by getting your experience part time? Obviously you'd have to do more years to get the threee years experience.

I know that you can do part time work and count it towards ACCA. It's pro-rata so if you work 20 hours a week, it will take you 6 years instead of 3.
