If you're under 18 and your parents agree to it, then you can be considered for surgery.
The cost is roughly €6-10,000...it really depends on what needs done, and who performs the surgery.

Hi, Rhinoplasty differs from person to person, yr better off having a consultation with a qualified surgeon (most clinics offer these free of charge) The prices are somewhere between 5,000-upwards depending on what needs to be done. Hope this helps. Good luck.

Thought you couldn't post about cosmetic surgery?

I'd say if you are under 18 and you have a medical reason to do it then it would be possible like if your nose was broken before or your breathing is obstructed by a deviated septum or something! They would probably be reluctant to operate purely for cosmetic reasons when you haven't finished growing though? But then again I'm not a doctor!:)
