    Hi All

    Thinking about regreasing my BB on the Cayo. As i've never done this before and would like to know how . What tools do I need and where to start . Thanks Nicky

    Torque Wrench.
    Crank extractor.
    A 8mm allen key.
    Splined BB tool.

    Or considering its most likely a sealed BB, just leave it, its not a sevicable part. You just buy a new one when it breaks. It cant be re-greased.

    looks like you could do it in situ, so only need to pull the crank out, rather than unscrew the BB as well.

    They are external bearing cups, cranks with integrated spindle:

    truvativ%20gxp%20bb%20cups%20l&r.jpg

    Either Shimano or Truvativ depending on which Cayo you have but definitely external bearing cups either way.

    Yep that looks like the one Blorg . Just want to be able to get that black rubber part out to clean it and put some grease in .
