    just wondering if anyone knew of any in or around dublin. ive often seen pictures and videos of them flying and would love to see it for real.

    There was a huge one out along the N4 last winter, you could see it from the toll booths near Enfield. Haven't heard if its there this year. I would also love to hear from anyone who knows of one near Dublin.

    The last time I saw a big one near to Dublin was out near Rathcoffey in Kildare. That was two or three years ago.

    I used to see it a lot over Belfast Harbour in the 1990s. Amazing sight.
