Does anyone know where the air-conditioning filter is on a Audi A4 1999 model?

    Thanks.

I assume you mean pollen filter. AFAIK, it's in the plenum chamber. You'll need to remove the rubber seal and the plastic cover to access it.

Do you mean the filter/drier? If so that is usually a cylindrical metal container with an glass piece mounted in the top of it (to monitor any ar bubbles in the system) with two pipes metal pipes coming off it. Mounted in the engine bay near the condensor rad at the front. You're gonna need to have the aircon system drained and depressurised before you change it.
