    Hi Folks,

I'm doing P8 and P5 and I have completely ignored P5 due to the fact that P8 is such a killer, and I'm sort of sh!tting it about P5 now. Any tips on hot topics for the P5 exam?

All i can say is that its a tough exam and marked hard...however Learn the following models off by heart and you will have a chance......When analysing a companys position or health...Porters five forces,pest,swot...doesnt matter which one you use...learn the value chain back to front....When anything involving change comes up...use McKinseys 7S.....And finally know your strategies....rational,emergent etc...remember you have to link your answers into the scenario...that should see you through....best of luck...

Thanks for the advice. Exam is tomorrow, so will be doing some amount of waffling. P4 & P5 are total bullsh!t subjects. Complete and utter waste of time!
