    i was wondering does any one know a web site with step by step instructions with photos. because i don,t know the pattern and you tube is to fast for me to follow.i can,t get the gen hong hong hi book .i am dunce at patterns.
    all my peers are head of me at younger age.
    is there any one who can help me.

    you could try pressing pause on youtube? or taking a screenshot from youtube of each technique and pasting it into a document?

    I think that my blog should help you out. I have downloadable patterns from the ITF Legacy Encyclopedia. Good image quality. Plus I have video links too, all the ITF patterns. I also have the meanings of the patterns if you care to read them. The blog is not the best looking for. It should help ;)

    both normal speed and slow motion with each movement explained.

    The TKDI videos are very good but they haven't gotten to the black belt patterns yet. think it's coming though so it's probably worth keeping an eye on them
