Kylemore Road Accident?

Anyone got a clue what happened on the Kylemore road yesterday just around Merlin Auto City? Passed a garda car and a young female driver being comforted by a friend. But just a short bit up the road passed a bike with the 2 wheels badly damaged? Just hoping no one was seriously hurt.
