    I've just posted a number of helpful replies to threads. But haven't had a single thanks. Why are ye all in bed? My ego's dented. work normal(ish) hours ffs;) (disclaimer: many people may claim to have missed my wisdom or argue with it. If they do, you know they deserve a pay cut. Cos I'm getting one and think the 8% is fine, I know plenty of people who've takne 60% cut)
