Can anybody tell me is Quorn better for you then mince or chicken pieces etc. Looking at the nutritional information it appears to be better. Packed with protein and no saturated fat which helps as my choleterol is slightly high.

My girlfirend is a vegetarian therefore I do not mind eating eat. It tastes the same to me anyway.

    Does anybody no the facts.

I think you're better off with fresh chicken.
I checked Quorn mince and Chicken breast on www.foodproof.me

Saturated fat on Quorn mince is higher than for fresh chicken breast.
