    Hi,

I have a .ie domain and a registered business name.

I make $1400/year from it (thats the income in USD) and I'm wondering do I need to file tax for it?

    Thanks,
    Gnomer

    Yes you do!

Btw, Income Tax return for year ended 31 Dec 2008 is already due for filing (that's 31 Oct 2009 deadline) unless you are filing it online via ROS you'd have till 17 Nov 2009.

I've only been trading since 9th November 2009, so I'm ok.

So, from what I understand, the best thing to do is register for ROS, and file all my forms there?

    do I have to file a B1 with cro.ie?

Also, would I be paying much tax (or anything) on $1400/year?
