We all love our complaining about everything but, if you could change things (whatever you want, be it in Ireland or another part of the world) and most importantly how would you go about changing it?

I would get people to take tests (not sit down and write tests) and if/when they pass the test they move up a lvl and the higher up in the levels you are the more priviliges you get, such as being allowed to drink, vote or have children (and I do think children are a privilige and resonibitly and not a right) I'm sure there's lots more but those would be the high ones, something like pet ownership would be lower. And if they break the law the lvls would go down (depending on what they did).

I haven't fully thought this through, it was just a thought in my head as I saw a scumbag throw a brick at the bus I was in, luckily he didn't miss because if it had of hit a car it would have caused an accedent, where as hitting the bus it just cracked the window badly but no one got hurt. And the scumbags were in there late teens early 20s drinking in the middle of the day.

    So what would you do?

I would change my vision not to 20/20 though just enough so I need glasses but can get by without them.

Other than that I would change nothing else about myself. I am perfect except for that.

I would change a fair bit about the world, but I am too lazy to go into that!

Make it perfectly acceptable to shoot on sight anyone who throws bricks at buses for fun!

Also I think cars should be given out on a driving skill basis. Sick of seeing some middle aged milf driving a porsche cayenne that doesn't know how to use a round about or what those white stripes on the road actually mean. You can have my crappy 206, and i'll take your big fancy car!

Animal Rights would be my main priority. Then I think I would ban fast food because were all getting way too fat. I would make it illegal not to go to school and any offenders would be prosecuted. All rapists, pedophiles and people convicted of cruelty to animals would get a big tattoo on their foreheads so everyone would know. Oh and people who park in cycle lanes will get egged.

2). I'd dissolve all international borders alowing free travel and the right to live or work anywhere globally, as in there would only be one form of citizenship and that would be citizenship of the (reformed) UN, with all nations becoming districts of the UN rather than independent nations. The UN would take over the responsibilities for border control, policing, the military and trade in all countries. There would be one global currency and every nation/district in the UN would have an equal vote with no one district having a veto.

3). I'd legalised all controlled drugs globally. Now I don't mean that a free for all would be declared, you wouldn't just be able to stroll into a shop, buy a paper, 20 Silk Cut Purple and a gram of smack. Tobaco would only be sold in licensed Tobacconists, Alcohol in specific places with a license to sell alcohol. Cocaine, heroin, cannabis, methamphetamine, mandrax, salvia, mescaline all only sold in places licensed to sell that drug and that drug only. There would than be massive education campaigns with accurate non sensationalised information on the effects, dangers ect of all the drugs. The taxes raised and the taxes saved from not having to p1ss money down the sewar trying to fight the trade in controlled drugs would then be used to research alternatives to the more dangerous or destructive drugs and to treat people that develop serious problems with them.

4). The switch to alternative renewable energy would imediately be implemented. Gradually at first, but there would be a date set to take the more harmfull fuels off the international market except for instances if that is absolutely unnavoidable. Give companies like Exxon or Shell or whoever say twenty years from today to switch there setup from carbon fuels to renewables and they could do it no problem in 5 years if they knew that the day the twenty year deadline ended there oil would be worthless.

5). Make cruelty to children or animals punishable by an indefinate sentence in prisons where there release is based on constant therapy and treatment untill they are no longer deemed to be sick fukking cunnts or at risk of re-offending.

6). All musicans must sing or peform live or otherwise state that they won't be doing so before and at the end of the performance and all songs which use pitch correction or voice alteration must carry a big label half the size of the album cover stating the fact.

7). Free education and universal health care for all, no exception, no catches, and don't try to tell me there aren't enough resources globally to cover this 100,000 times over.

    That's all for now.

In an effort to cut down on anti social behaviour , a national citizens charter that every parent is required to sign up to , to say that they will take personal responsibilty for the actions of their young children and teens such as the ones who vandalise phone booths ,bus shelters ,graffiti , parks public property etc .This could be extended to other areas so ie, if your son / daughter is caught and it's proved they did it , you pay .Some might say draconian measure and a breech of civil liberties but it would mainly apply to a % of the population and make some parents sit up and think if it's their children who are continually misbehaving in this way . Of course it would have to be monitored to make sure it only targets persistant offenders and would save an awful lot of tax payers money ,not to mention keeping the community more attractive etc. The ones who dont commmit such offences dont have to worry

I'd like to get rid of all of the intolerable morons in the world by luring them into some kind of trap and then keeping them on an island far, far away. I'd explain this more clearly but I want to make sure that I don't tip off any of the moronic boards population.

If I could change anything; I'd change certain mindsets in society I can't stand.

I hate the materialism that exists at the moment. Sure it's nice to have shiny new ipods or phones, but people get so obsessed with them. A new video game came out yesterday, COD 6; half the lads in the year were getting their knickers in a twist desperate to get it.
So materialism. I'll wear clothes from Asda or Tesco. They're good quality clothes - my £10 Tesco jeans are actually nicer than my £30/40 pair from Republic (I don't know if you have that over there, it's just a sort of boutique clothes shop thingy). I've a few shirts from Asda George. Great quality. But, also people are generally more accepting, people still look down their noses at clothes from there.

People are far too 'me, me, me'. Completely selfish and demanding. They want everything and they want it all now.

Which leads me finally, to, the social pressure to lose one's virginity. Sure I want to, I think that's blatantly obvious to anyone who reads my posts. But I'm not sure that that's not more to do with peer pressure than any real sexual desire (though, that also exists).

In short, I hate people and everyone needs to cop the fuck on, realise how lucky they are and be grateful for what they have

Develop the developing countries; drug barrons and general scum would be rounded up and sent to sleep with the fish. Money would be taken from every economy, the amount would depend on the size and prosperity of each country and would be given to a task force who would do the job. Something like that.

Oh, and reduce the price of petrol significantly.
