    i know little about sports photography but i'd propose the following;

    colours are a bit washed out (could have just been the day that was in it)

    #1 and #2 the crop appears very tight (I know with sports you should crop tight but this appears excessive).

    #3 the in focus bit appears to be the back of the track suited man rather than the face of the yellow topped dude (see, told you I wasn't a sports guy :))

    #4 is ok though. Pity there wasn't a bit more grit and determination in there on their faces but as a photographer there is only so much you can do.

    The sports guys will be able to advise infinitely better than this but sure the above is a start I'd hope

    As usual excellent C&C AnCat and agree with almost everything you've said.

    I would also add....

    Pics 1 and 2 are way too similar....maybe one pic of a fairly nothing walking during training you can get away with but most def not two.

    They're just standard run of the mill training pics. Nothing you can really say about them other than straighten the horizons.
