Any tips on getting a flatter tummy, i am slim but have quite a 'muffin tops' in jeans and my tummy protudes a bit in some dresses aswell. I am a size 10 and eat reasonably healthy.

I do keep-fit classes twice a week, pilates once a week and swimming once a week. I work in a office so i guess my job is quite sedentary.

Any help or tips would be great

A muffin top is just fat. To get rid of it you'll need to lower your bodyfat. There are a few ways to do that. First, I'd suggest checking the stickies. What you consider a reasonably healthy diet is probably not as reasonably healthy as you think. :)

Sounds like you spend a reasonable amount of time exercising each week. Would you build up a decent sweat in the 3 classes you do?

Ya there are probably some foods i could cut down on maybe bread. I would work up a sweat in the keep-fit classes, the pilates not really.

plus hitting the weights would accelerate your progress no end

yes i probably need to address my diet, i use weights in the keep-fit classes - 5kg weights at the minute.
