    Hi Rob,

Just on your new site there, looks great. Well done to the lads who have started off on the tough road of Lee's curriculum, fair play.

Hope to see you in December!

Thanks mate... It's still a work in progress, I'm getting there... :)

Yeah, it was cool about the lads getting their grading too. They were were working on it solidly and did me proud on the day.

Yeah, it would be cool if you can make it down bro', as it should be a good one. There's loads of new stuff that Lee will be brining over here for the first time. Be cool to hook up too. Do you think any of your TKD lads will be popping down?

    Take care man,

    Rob.

Yeh certainly, if i'm heading down they'll tag along. We have a grading sometime in December so I'm hoping the organisers don't clash them. This psycom stuff sounds interesting, have you any links to it?

Hey mate - not really although, there's a few articles on his site, which you may have seen. Here's the link just in case (think this give you good idea of what psy-com is all about :))

    http://www.urbancombatives.com/psych.htm

However, he's recently just released a "Psy-Com" mannual and DVD set. Which basically look at all the psychological elements geared towards Combatives. I only got my mitts on the manual when he came over at Halloween - I was blown away by it. :) We did a few bits at the Work Shop which the lads loved.

Some of the Topics in the book are:

    Anchoring State
    Accessing Mental Imagery
    Enhanced Communication skills
    Enhanced Situational awareness
    State Management
    Installation of skill sets.

    Hope it helps,

    R.

Theres a slight change in the seminars time to give everyone more time to get to the location.

It will now be starting at 11.30 instead of 10, and be finishing at 4.30 as opposed to 3.

    Thanks! :)

    Hey all,

Due to a connecting flight issue we will now have to postpone the Seminar until Sunday Jan 10th.

It will be the same time and venue. (11.30am - 4.30pm)

Thanks and sorry for any inconvenience.

    Rob.

I might get to that one lad.

I've been meaning to meet Lee with a while now and seeing as it's so close it'd be rude not to drop in!

The seminar happened despite the adverse weather conditions, and we had a tremendous turn out. :)

All in all I thought it was a great success and I received some really positive feedback. I'd like to say a big thanks to everybody who braved the elements.

Also, a big thanks to Lee for taking the time to pop over and delivering a top notch seminar (as always). And a big thanks to Pat and Killian for arranging an excellent venue and providing us with lots of grub. :)

Keep your eyes peeled for a full review, and some photos in the upcoming Irish Fighter.

    Thanks,

    Rob.

No worries bro', be cool if you can make it down for the next one if ya' get a chance. If you want to meet up for a bit of training or something. Hope your classes are going well?

We were delighted with the turn out considering how bad the weather was, that's dedication for you :). We had quite a few cancellations as well, which couldn't be helped as some of the lads were really badly hit by the snow.

We did a few new modules that he's not done over here before that seemed to go down well (combined combatives and threat recognition). We'll probably have another one in a few months.

    Talk soon man,

    R.
