WWE Intercontinental Champion John Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler ended in a double count out.

Beth Phoenix b. a local female English worker.

The filmed an extended brawl between Finlay and McIntyre that resulted in Finlay being escorted to the back by referees. It was announced that next week's show will feature a 2 out of 3 falls match between John Morrison and Dolph Ziggler.

ive got to say i liked that SD! we have 2 out of 3 falls jo mo vs dolph to look forward to...and it looks like brothers of destruction vs jeri-show....and we finally got jericho vs taker! natalya back wrestling, ireland/scotland feud between 2 great workers, im happy!

they are building feuds properly, setting up rivalries that make us care about survivor series, and continuing feuds properly......my god how can SD! get it so right and raw get it so wrong?!

I heard that Christian v Regal was the best match of all of the tv tapings in England. I really can't wait to see it!!:D:D

So CM Punk is now facing R-Truth, that's some fall from being a main-eventer. Still, it keeps him in the fray for Survivor Series

2 out of 3, Morrison and Ziggler.......yes please!!! This is the future of SD!!

Look's like Brothers of Destruction Vs Jeri-Show will take place pretty soon

So are they turning Kane face? Lets face it, he still gets big cheers, and he probably always will

They gave away TaKer v Y2J for the first time ever on SD not on a major PPV??

Well, not a clean finish to the match, but yeah, Jericho and Taker, one on one, first time ever on a PPV would have sold through the roof I'd say

10 years in the making and they give it away on a TV show. Shocking. But I can't freaking wait.

    Nope......

Dot Net reader Glenn Bills attended the WWE Smackdown taping in Sheffield, England and passed along the following report.

CM Punk cut a promo on the UK public, biggin' up his straightedge lifestyle. R Truth interrupted and bigged up the UK crowd.

    1. CM Punk defeated R-Truth. Punk won after a decent matchup.

    2. Natalya defeated Mickie James. Decent build for Survivor Series.

    3. Finlay beat Drew McIntyre via DQ. Drew was pounding on Finlay for too long. The ref called it a DQ. Drew turned the shillelagh on Finlay on 2 occasions. Fans seemed to be begging for Finaly's mercy.

Batista and Rey Mysterio held their contract signing. The original contract was signed by both superstars. Batista proposed an additional contract, stating that he is not liable for the harm caused to Rey at Survivor Series. Rey initially refused, but later signed the contract. Rey flipped the table on top of Batista, allowing him to escape Batista's wrath. Batista looked a fool glaring at Rey down the ramp under a table cloth!

    4. John Morrison vs. Dolph Ziggler for IC Title ended in a no-contest due to double count out. This was an amazing fight that got the crowd involved. Seemed like a continuation of the feud. It also leads to a 2 out of 3 falls match on next weeks Smackdown.

    5. Beth Phoenix defeated a local competitor in a 2 minute squash. Straight forward squash, with heel heat for Beth.

    6. Undertaker beat Chris Jericho via Hell's Gate submission. The UK crowd was well behind Taker. Jericho seemed to have it won, leading to a Walls Of Jericho, reversed into Hells Gate. Jericho tapped out, following this, Big Show interrupted and beat down Taker, locking in the double Walls and Camel Clutch. Kane interrupted this and leveled the playing field!

    Dark Match

    1. Undertaker defeated CM Punk in a Casket Match. A steady match that went four minutes. Taker chokeslammed Punk onto the apron and rolled him into the casket for the win. Unnecessary, but it sent the crowd home happy!

    Heel heat:
    1. CM Punk
    2. Batista
    3. Vance Archer (for beating on a Sheffield local on ECW!)

    Face love:
    1: Rey Mysterio
2: Undertaker (Rey & Taker are level, the crowd roared every time either man appeared)
    3: John Morrison

Would have been Christian, but aging fans like myself were pleading for a Regal title win!

I hope Jerishow drop the tag titles soon so Taker/Jericho feud for the WHC title can be built up more

Jo Mo v Ziggler was a very good match again. This feud really took off when they forgot about promos and let them wrestle. Can't wait for next weeks 2 out of 3 falls match.

These two have done great job increasing their stock by feuding.

Finlay and Drew was a good ol Brawl. Drew looked like a real Bad Ass gain. Great to see him and Sheamus getting pushed so well.

Jericho v Taker match was good. Did enough but left plebty more for a PPV some day (soon hopefully).

Typical WWE take a guy like Lance Hoyt who used to have a good look and a good array of power moves and make him look bland.

What do you want them to do with him?

WWE won't push anyone hard before finding out how they cope with the wwe lifestyle.

I'm not talking about how he's pushed but rather how he's presented. He's no different than Koslov and Jackson on the same show in those terms. Bland bigman.

WWE audiences are used to Big Men being big and bland. I imagine wwe rergard lance as not being around in WWE long enough to deserve being promoted in any other way.

In an ideal world that wouldn't be the case and it would be good to see something differant.

    What would you do?

So that's the reason all big men should be bland? If that's what audiences are used to then shouldn't something different get over? I would have left him with long hair anyway and would have given him a more creative finisher that a Reverse DDT. For example:

Thats my point while it would be good for him to be offered the chance to get over fast he hasn't proved himself to wwe yet. If wwe did push each big guy in his own way then it loses the effect it can have when they do push a big guy in the non standard way.

I'm not saying thats the way it should be but based on what wwe normally do, it appears to be the way wwe look at it.

A possible reason WWE changed vance archers look, he looked just like kizarny

My mistake, I read the initial thing wrong. That makes it even worse then so
