Should i keep my Yamaha FG 335 equistic guitar

    Hi all,

    Was thinking of selling my Yamaha FG 335 equistic guitar as i dont play it any more.
    Its a July 1977 model....
    Would i be mad to sell it or should i put it up in the actic????

    I wouldn't sell it. Was it your first guitar? Id hate it to sell one of my instruments. You might one want to play again and it would be gone. I'd put it in the attic, That way if you ever wanted it you know whrer it is. Thats what I'd do.

    I wouldn't keep it in the attic. The changes in temperature would not be good for the guitar.

    To be honest I'd say play it or sell it. Seems like a good guitar but not worth a hell of a lot.

    I'm never too fond of selling an instrument, it's too easy to regret getting rid of it. I think it comes down to if you actually like the guitar or not. If you do like but don't play it too often then I'd say keep it. But if you don't really like the guitar at all then you might as well be rid of it.
