    Hi guys

Getting married in 5 months and just wondering if there are things I should be doing in preparation for this for example facials, supplements, special treatments... im trying to get my skin into good condition (currently dry and flaky :( ) but dont do much in way of facials. Im taking Boots nail and hair supplements and use Redken anti-snap as my hair is very broken due to over ghd'ing.

Any tips from previous bride-to-be s??

    Ta!

Cannot reccommend a dermalogica facial enough.

Find a salon near you who does one. They'll also do skin-mapping (included in the price of the facial) which tells you which products you should be using)...

I was sceptical about this, as they were obviously going to tell me all dermalogica products (which they do mostly in fairness), but they also told me to stick with the tea tree face wash I was currently using insted of the dermalogica one.

    Havent looked back since.
