Poor water quality

Just wondering if anyone else around the Corbally part of town noticed a sharp drop in water quality this evening?

When I turned on the tap this evening it was a chalky white colour and had some sort of very fine grit in it. There was also a faint smell from it.

If it persists do you ring the corporation about it or do you need to get a plumber first then escalate to them?

I rang the corporation this morning and they said they are "investigating it", which I suspect translates into "I am going to throw my feet back up on the desk and try go back asleep".
