    At the end of the day, if someone offered you €600,000 p.a. I think you'd take it. If he's not worth it, it's not his fault RTE offer him such high wages. Maybe he is worth it, maybe not.

    begrudgery tbh

    i hate pat but he is generally impartial and dosnt make out to be some kind of working class hero

    i just heard a td on newstalk suggest that no1 is worth more than 150K a year it seriously worries me that people with this kind of intelligence are in goverment

    edit; the guy also apparently said he had been waiting to say this to pat for 20years so the guy is clearly deranged

    Actually, I said something about pat yesterday, but he does give some very important topics a lot of air time. Sheds light on some delicate issues... Fair play to him, to an extent :)
