    Hi All,
Looking for some advice as usual, over the last 2 years ive gotten in shape with compound lifts twice a week and more recently gymnastic rings once a week and the odd bit of running and good nutrition.

I have now decided to have a crack at triathlons, however i dont want to lose any hard earned muscle ive managed to build.

Any advice how i can keep what muscle i have bearing in mind i only want to complete the triathlons, not looking for excellent times, although it would be a bonus.

    well,
if you are burning more energy than you use you will lose it.

also you will be using different body muscles.

bascially just keep doing workouts and increase your callories if you are losing weight.
